When I found this picture I just had to laugh! Many of our assignments are done in small groups or with our peer. I have several of my students that display leadership skills beyond their years, lol! I loved this!!! I would not be surprised if I were teaching a little girl that will one day become our president! Wouldn't that be something? :)
